Alexa Croy (Frank)
Patient Care Coordinator
Alexa is the patient care coordinator for the Birmingham office. She is originally from Fairhope, Alabama and moved to Birmingham in 2026. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Auburn University and comes from a background in digital marketing and nonprofit work. With a strong heart for philanthropy and service, she is dedicated to making a positive impact in her community and helping others whenever possible. As a newlywed and a new Birmingham local, she is excited to be exploring this new chapter of life while discovering her new city.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, visiting local farmers markets, baking, and traveling!
Jeffrey Garth, BC-HIS
Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
I am a Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist for the Bessemer and Birmingham office locations. I have been through extensive training with Audibel and have received my Audibel Professional Certification. In addition, I have also been trained in Live Speech Mapping, Real Ear Measurement, deep canal impressions, and is proficient with all Audiometric equipment to service your needs. With an understanding of how hearing loss affects clients and their families, I have dedicated myself to educating and counseling clients to get the most out of life despite their hearing loss.
Outside of helping people with their hearing needs, I enjoy spending time with my wife Julie and our dog, Hank. I also enjoy playing golf, cooking, trying new restaurants, traveling and collecting vinyl.
